Why am I getting the following error message when printing, "(Acrobat.exe) The program can't start because x2utilHH.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem.?"

After re-installing and applying all available updates, I am not able to get this error message to go away. It comes up every time we try to print and we have to close the box about 10 times before we finally get to the printing dialog box.
