Can Acrobat highlight less then 3 percent dot?

Is there a way to preflight a pdf and any areas where the dot percentage is less then 3% in any colour will be highlighted? (similar to the "Total Area Coverage" feature under print production that highlights areas that the total amount of ink exceeds whatever you set the limit to).

I would just like to know if anyone is aware if this can be done through Acrobat Pro or Pitstop etc. as we do flexo printing and need to ensure the minimum dot percentage in any colour is not less then 3% anywhere on the file.
