Hi
Recently we got adobe pro XI and upgraded to MS Office 2013. When I go to a word or excel doc right click on it and convert to PDF I get prompted to save but then after a few seconds it asks to save again why is it doing that?
The issue is not happen if office 2010 is installed, I have uninstalled and reinstall Adobe and Office and done repair installs, Change the adobe port to desktop.
Is there a compatibility issue with Office 2013 and Adobe?
