We have multiple Ricoh printers in a terminal server environment. When we hit print in Acrobat Reader some times we get the status bar that pops showing how many pages get sent to the printer other times we get nothing. When we get nothing as in the status bar popping we know that the print did not get sent to the print server / printer. We then switch to another printer and try again. We do this until we see the status bar pop up and then it works. I have spoken to Ricoh and we have been through a ticket with Microsoft to check the print server. Both venders point back to Adobe Reader as being the problem. We need to understand if there is a fix for this type of issue.
