I am trying to print .pdf files that are 8.5 x 11 to any of 3 different printers. The print setup screen shows the docs are 8.5 x 11, portrait. The printers all show that they are going to print that size and in portrait mode. If I show rulers on the screen, the doc shows that the page is 8.5 x 11. However, when I select the Print item, the preview composition window on the right has the document centred on two 11 x 17 pages, and when it prints, it is printed on two 8.5 x 11 pages, but landscape.
It does not matter which printer I send the document to, the problem is the same. This is a recent issue, but I have not installed any new progs.
I am running windows XP 32 bit.
