Ever since my computer downloaded the DC features of Acrobat Professional, my existing PDF documents will not print correctly. If I am printing a 4 page document, the first 3 pages feed through the printer blank, then the 4 page prints. I was chatting with support and got cut off. The agent wanted me to rescan several hundred PDF files that I have, then select the "enhance" feature, then save in "edit" mode, convert, then print. Please be advised that I do not have the time to do this to every existing PDF that I have as I probably have 300 PDF documents on this computer. So, what is the "fix" for this withOUT having to manipulate every single PDF file that I own? I did put all my PDF's in a separate file folder and would like to know, if necessary, if I can "convert" them all at once. I do not want them all combined into 1 document; these need to be kept separate documents.
I prefer private messages, so please send them. I will make every effort to return your email within 30 minutes as I find myself now in an emergency situation.
In addition, how can I 'organize' all my PDF's within Acrobat once these issues are remedied?
This may or may not have to do indirectly with Acrobat, but I want to know when Adobe is going to come out with a superior word processing program. Or can you word process in Adobe now and I just don't know it?
Thank you; have a blessed day.
