After recently upgrading our machines to Mac OS 10.10 (Yosemite), we are no longer able to print inline PDF's using the pop-up Acrobat toolbar in Safari. If we click on the Print icon, nothing happens. Instead, we have to save the file using the Save icon in the pop-up toolbar, open the file in Acrobat and print from there, which is extremely tedious.
The systems have the latest version of Yosemite (10.10.3) and Acrobat XI is updated to 11.0.10. When I click on the Print icon in the pop-up toolbar, I get the following output from the console log...
5/11/15 8:51:29.112 PM PluginProcess[91362]: AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.dispatchEvent: exception '-[NSTaggedPointerString getCharacters:range:]: Range {0, 256} out of bounds; string length 4' thrown during event 'NSEvent: type=LMouseDown loc=(394,51) time=453088288.9 flags=0 win=0x0 winNum=191 ctxt=0x7fbf1057a640 evNum=261 click=1 buttonNumber=0 pressure=1 deviceID:0x0 subtype=0'
Does anyone have an idea what can be going on here?
Thanks in advance.
