PDF batch printing

I am trying to batch print files that vary from letter, 11x17, and 22x34 paper size. The problem I am having is I cannot make the printer print on varying sizes of paper during the batch print.

I have tried Print Conductor, VeryPDF, SilentPrint, Adobe XI, and Acrobat 8 Standard. I have Windows 7 Pro.

To further clarify, I would like to be able to batch print numerous files and have some sort of application that will determine the paper size of the file and then print from the appropriate tray/printer during the batch printing.
