Opening and printing files problem

Hi,

I'm sending every day reports with the Adobe Acrobat Pro XI version. Sometimes people who have the same version can't open the file and/or can't print the file. Is there something I can do on my initial file to make sure that everyone can open and print it ?

Once I save the file under Version 8 and the person was able to open and print it, although she had the version Pro XI. But the quality file was very bad.

So I'm looking for a better solution
