Why can't I print in color on a color printer?

≪ Previous: acrobat dc won't print or save russian text added through "fill & sign" tool. I don't have this issue using https://documents.adobe.com/. I guess the fonts are the problem but I'm not sure & don't know how to fix it.

I can't get the printer to print in color. I see the pdf in color and I have tried to print as "a picture". So why is the color printer printing in grey tones?
