My team member is trying to print PDFs. These files (such as a 1099) contain blanks that have been filled out with information. However, when they print them the blanks on the document remain blank when printed, even though on the PDF on the computer it has them filled out with information. When I print them on my computer, the printed document has the blanks correctly filled out. What can this be from? It used to not be a problem. Might it be because my computer has the Adobe Acrobat version that allows me to edit PDFs and my team member's does not?
