I have a document with a page size of 4X5in. If I select 'Fit to Printable Area' when I print, it fills the whole page, which is great. But if I select 'Multiple pages per sheet' (2x1) the individual pages do not fill up the printable area (half of an 8.5x11 sheet). Is there any way to do both so that I do not end up with huge margins around each of the two pages? I know that I can print a new pdf with 'Fit to Printable Area' and then print that with multiple pages but then I have a file that is unnecessarily three times as large.
