Automatically apply Display settings when file is opened

Hey All,

Does a way exist to force display settings to desired selections when a PDF file is opened?

Would like to find a way to ensure the related preferences shown below in the Preflight Window/Options Menu/Show Display Warnings/ window are as desired.

This would help to ensure the file is being viewed under conditions needed for more accurate display.

If something doesn't already exist it seems  the way Initial View settings are handled could be extended to control these items.
