When I insert tracking changes to my new pdf-document, I am doing this with comment lines. The recipient of the document does not want to have the Comments List full of comments and I don't want my comments to be editted after delivery.
So I create from my pdf via the Adobe pdf Printer and the Distiller a new pdf-document in order to hide my comments list. Only that the document is not searchable any more afterwards.
How can I print via the pdf Printer and still have the document searchable? How can I insert comments and hide the comments list? The Goal is to have a document in the right Version, with track changes on the left via lines, no comments list and seacrhable.
I am using Adobe Acrobat X Standard 10.0.0.
