I am printing a PDF document and formatting it into a booklet. On one print run the document was color tinted. On subsequent print runs it is black and white. The PDF itself has no color. How can I select this/deselect this?

I am printing a PDF document and formatting it into a booklet.  On one run it printed with a color tint and on the next run it printed black and white.  The source is a PDF document with no color.

The color tinting makes the document easier to read and I would like to print this way again.

I am using an Epson color printer and I have not changed settings in between print runs.

Any ideas?
