OK, I have DC Pro. When I print a document with the Universal 57 font it was created in the problems exist when I create it in Adobe DC Pro and previous versions:
Main issue - Prints garbage when using PCL5 or PCL6
1 - Print it on another computer - Prints OK
2 - Issues happens on any printer that I use with THIS computer
3 - Happens ONLY on my Laptop
4 - Others do not have this issue
5 - Prints fine to the HP printer if I use Post Script (PS) (NOTE - I cannot change to PS on the network printer)
6 - I also have Foxit installed and the file prints fine from either PS or PCL5 or PCL6
7 - I had this issue when using Acrobat Pro X as well
8- The font displays fine when printed from any other application or the Windows font viewer.
Attached is an example of the Universal 57 font page in Windows converted to PDF and then scanned. The font for the word "quick" was replaced with a font that is on the system.
I have hundreds of not more of these documents that I need to be able to print, and cannot. If someone can help I WOULD BE IN THEIR DEBT FOR LIFE...
Operating system - Win 7 Pro
Adobe Product - DC Pro
Printers used - HP 5100 and Toshiba
