I'm using a Mac OS X El Capitan version 10.11.3. I have a WiFi connection to my Epson R3000. The printer works fine with all other programs, including LightRoom. The error message is receive is "filter failed." There is some communication going on with the printer as the printer starts its charging prior to the error message. All this happens when I use the Print One Page option. When I choose Print I get nowhere, not even to Print Dialogue, where I might choose a different printer. Your help is appreciated.
