Printing works for some users on a Cirtrix server but nor for others. These users can however print in other applications like Word.

The server is a Citrix server. Windows 2008R2. Some users can print PDF files in Acrobat Reader while others can't. The users that can't print in Acrobat Reader can print in other applications like Microsoft word. What we tried so far is removing the roaming profiles of the users that can’t print including the application data and create new profiles. We also checked differences in user rights which are the same for some users that can print and that can’t print. (They are members of the same user groups and rights are only set on groups and not on individual users). We made a new test user by copying an Active Directory user that can’t print in Acrobat Reader and this new user is now able to print in Acrobat Reader. There are no error messages. When you get to the print page it seems as if you can’t get details about the printer. Normally you would get data about the trays that are available but with these specific users these fields are grayed out. It is however not a problem with the print server because you get the same problem if you print the PDF to a virtual printer like One Note.
