I am using version 2015.016.20045 on a MacBook Pro running 10.11.5. I have only had this problem since updating Acrobat and we replaced our printer but like for like.

When I go to print, within printer handling, it always suggests A4 even though the documents are A3, the feed tray is A3 and page set up is for A3. When changing the page orientation in the main print window the file doesn't change but the print area does, cutting off a large proportion of the document. The results are mostly A4 scale either in the middle of an A3 page, half off the bottom of an A3 page or A3 scale portrait on a A3 landscape page.
