i am unable to print PDFs. have gone through all steps as directed in the generic online troubleshooting pane. when i click on print, nothing happens; i don't even get to the print setup page. zero happens. this is true of all PDFs

when i click on the print button, nothing happens.  i don't even get to the print set-up box.  any ideas?  i've run through all the general printing troubleshooting pages.  have even uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat.
