Acrobat Pro Preflight Fixup: How to map lot of colors?

Hello,

we want to map lot of RGB colors with CMYK colors.

Is there any way to import a complete mapping list?

I once saw a table to fill out here. But now I only see the questions.

How can I switch to table mode?
