Can't print pdf files

I cannot print pdf files using 10.1.3 on my windows 7 64-bit machine.  I have updated my printer firmware and driver and tried everything suggested on the printing troubleshooting page.  I still cannot even print the troubleshooting page.  I never had this problem with the older versions of reader.  Help!
