Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue before?
We have a remote worker who is connecting from a Mac (OSX 10.9.2) to either a remote desktop PC or a terminal server. In both cases the PDF rpinting is very slow to the printer connected to the Mac. All other applications are ok.
I've found the Acrobat is set to Print as an Image in the Advanced Print Setup but all of the options in there are greyed out. So the Print as Image is ticked and I'm unable to change it.
It appears to be any redirected printer, I tried updating the print drint drivers on the mac and also creating a dummy printer with a generic HP driver. Both of these have the Advanced setup options greyed out and the Print as Image is ticked.
I presume its something to do with the Easy Print redirection driver but this problem is happenning on both the Server 2012 terminal server and the Windows 7 PC.
This option being on means its taking around ten minutes to print a single page pdf so any ideas or anything would be helpful..
Thanks
