I've been using Acrobat XI, fully updated, on Mac with the most current system and updates. Everything was working fine...and then...after some automatic Acrobat update (I think) we now have the following problem:
When printing large .pdf documents (50-150 pages) Acrobat will print a long series of blank pages (instead of the appropriate pages) somewhere towards the middle to end of the printing process.
We've uninstalled and reinstalled the software and tried lots of other 'fixes' that were recommended. It didn't help.
Its not a printer problem because other computers can still print using their Acrobat software to the same printer without a problem.
Much of my work is 'mission critical'. Not being able to effectively print these documents when needed is really causing a problem.
Is this a bug. Is it fixable?
